6+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies required plus at least 8+ years of professional background
- Fluent in both, English and Spanish

As a Cost Recovery and Reverse Logistics Sr. Product Manager, you will:

- Lead high-impact initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency across Amazon's end-to-end supply chain in Mexico
- Optimize customer returns processes to enhance the customer experience while maximizing cost recovery
- Drive improvements in inventory health, turns, and placement to reduce overall cost to serve
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and technology teams to identify and implement innovative solutions
- Leverage data and analytics to uncover insights and measure impact of cost reduction efforts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience in supply chain, operations, or related fields
- Project management expertise and ability to influence without authority
- Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
