**Objective**
Responsible for organization project, design organizational structures and personnel administration for Nemak Americas plants.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Organization Projects, design or re-design of organizational structures Americas
- Adherence to standards for the definition of Organizations Americas
- Clarification of roles and responsibilities of positions
- Generation and maintenance of Job Descriptions
- Personnel administration through TMS; correct assignment of each employee
**Position Requirements**
- 5 years of experience in Organization, Planning and Design areas or as HRBP
- Bachelor’s degree (IIS,LAE, related)
- English Advanced
