**Your tasks.**
- Work with PKC Group's internal customers to analyze business processes, document functional requirements, and optimize the use of the Plex SaaS platform.
- Develop system specifications and decision flows, in the form of flowcharts or equivalent techniques, from written business requirements.
- Make recommendations and propose process or system solutions to meet functional requirements.
- Run test cycles, document results, and create test approval documentation.
- Develop, document, and maintain standards, best practices **, **and procedures for use.
- Check with end users about incidents within software systems and track those issues using the Help Desk tool software.
- Conduct product demonstrations and partner training.
- Provide 24/7 technical support to end users following corporate responsiveness policies and escalation management.
- Develop knowledge base documents for use in training and keep documentation up to date with the document control system.
- Manage changes to basic requirements by effectively participating in change control processes and tools.
- Drive PKC Group standards and policies across IT, operations, and finance organizations.
- Comply with compliance with environmental, safety and health legal requirements set out in the legislation and regulations of our customers and the requirements of other applicable stakeholders with whom we are related to our activities and products, as well as the EHS requirements established by the Company.

**Your profile.**

Education and Experience:
- Work requires the ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations to maintain accurate records. These skills are normally acquired through the completion of a high school education or GED program.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems or Business Systems. Can be substituted with 8-years relevant work experience.
- Experience with the following Plex modules: Quality, Tools and Maintenance, Scheduling, Manufacturing, MPR, Financials, and Engineering.

Skill/ knowledge requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:
- Knowledge of EDI and VDA standards.
- Bilingual speaking ability. English/Spanish

- Able to manage stressful environment and deadline pressures.
