**Business Solutions Consultant**

**Requisitos**:

- **Educación**: Ingeniería en Sistemas, Licenciatura en Informática o afín (Titulado)
- **Género**: Indistinto. **Edad**: Indistinto.
- **Idiomas**: Inglés Intermedio
- Avanzado **(Indispensable)**

**Experiência**:

- 1 a 3- años en ventas consultiva, ya sea de software o de otro producto digital
- Conocimiento intermedio de alguna plataforma CRM, E-commerce o algún otro software de Customer Experience (CX)

**Actividades**:

- Investigación y actualización de las soluciones Customer Experience, Opentext y Desarrollo a la medida.
- Levantamiento de los requerimientos de los clientes y entendimiento de las soluciones a proponer.
- Cálculo de los recursos y tiempos de entrega.
- Coordinación de los entregables con el equipo de operaciones.
- Realización de demos con los clientes.
- Generación de las propuestas técnicas y económicas.
- Conocimiento de los entregables en función de cada cliente.
