**We're Looking For**: An experienced appointment setter and customer success manager, who will be **conducting** **daily phone calls from your home office to schedule meetings with prospects and our sales representatives, and to ensure the sales representatives have the necessary support to be successful.** *We are looking for someone who loves putting a smile on a client’s face regardless of the situation. You'll be perfect for the role if you are a diligent and very detail-oriented person who loves helping people over the phone, is ready to go the extra mile and becomes excited by helping our customers feel unique and appreciated. *These are the required skills that you MUST have for this position: - Ability to sense customer problems before they go too far and take proactive action to address them before damage is done. - Ability to solve problems/issues with speed and effectiveness. - Thrive in a fast-paced team environment and are not afraid to be transparent in daily communication. - A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a professional or business field, preferably related to appointment setting. - Excellent ENGLISH verbal, written and customer service skills. **Who Are We?** Advisor Internet Marketing (AIM) is a fast growing US-based financial marketing organization that helps independent financial advisors grow their practice with just an Internet connection and a cellphone. Which means we are committed to helping our team members (that’s you), our advisors, and consumers live life to the fullest. **Your Primary Role**: As our Appointment Setter and Client Success Manager, you'll be: - Be the main point of contact for warm prospects who are looking for answers regarding our services that have filled out our contact forms on our website. - Answer inbound calls from prospects (who are mostly retired or approaching retirement) with questions. - Conduct a high volume of outbound phone calls to potential clients (in real-time as they come in) to schedule appointments for sales reps. - Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction through one-call resolution typically by scheduling the appointment. - Coordinate any necessary communication between our sales reps and prospects. - Reset appointments on behalf of our sales reps. - Maintain a daily log of calls and appointments made to new leads and prospects, including detailed call notes. - Support sales reps in their process. **Our New Appointment Setter and Customer Success Manager Will Get**: - A role that they can make their own, in a fast growing company with lots of opportunities to further their own career. - An amazing team culture, where staff is VALUED and their contributions and hard work are recognized - Industry leading perks - access to world-class training to help you grow both in your career, and in your "outside of work" life, and also personal days off. **Key Responsibilities** - Ability to sense customer problems before they go too far and take proactive action to address them before damage is done. - Ability to solve problems/issues with speed and effectiveness. - Thrive in a fast-paced team environment and are not afraid to be transparent in daily communication. **Job Requirements** We are looking for: - A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a professional or business field, preferably related to appointment setting. - Excellent ENGLISH verbal, written and customer service skills. - Someone who is open and coachable to feedback in an effort to continuously improve. **To Be Successful, You’ll Need To Have**: - Excellent verbal, written, and visual/presentation skills in English - A growth mindset - with a willingness to embrace new challenges - A strong work ethic, with a "can do", solutions focused attitude - **Attention to detail. This is VERY important in this role. To make sure you've got the right attention to detail for this role - please submit a cover letter with the title "Succeed In Life".** **Important Admin Things About This Role**: - A very good internet connection is a must. - This role is 100% remote (meaning you can work full time from home) BUT, you'll need to be in a time zone that's close to Arizona, US (Mountain Standard Time) - This is a 100% contractor role - and we're not looking for freelancers or agencies at this time and the expected start date is ASAP.
