Lead Full Stack Developer

We are currently looking for an experienced and skilled **Lead Full Stack Developer (.NET / React)**with at least 8 years of experience for our team. **Project description**: **Responsibilities**: - Lead a Scrum team of 4-6 developers/testers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. - Act as the central point of contact for client representatives, maintaining open lines of communication and addressing any concerns or feedback. - Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and timelines. - Ensure the quality and timely delivery of software development projects, overseeing all aspects of the development lifecycle. - Support team members and promote their professional growth and well-being. - Keep project documentation updated and provide light reporting on project progress. - Demonstrate proficiency as a hands-on developer, producing high-quality code at a rapid pace. - Conduct thorough code reviews and promote software development best practices within the team. - Utilize design patterns effectively, explaining their value and implementing them as needed. - Analyze solutions to ensure they meet scalability and efficiency requirements - Communicate effectively with team members, advocating for improvements in software development processes and introducing new tools or techniques when appropriate. - Provide assistance to team members and facilitate collaboration to achieve project goals. - Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to project success. - Proactively identify and propose improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality. - Ensure that developed solutions comply with data privacy and security regulations **Requirements / Must Haves** - Over 8 years of experience in software development. - Very good English for daily communication - Mindset of consultant - propose innovations, explain reasons for change, guide non-technical people - Ability to work with team from US time-zone (standard work-hours by 6pm CET, but longer overlap with US time helps, so the position is more suitable who likes to wake up later / is not an early bird) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues under pressure. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. - Focus on getting things done. - Ability to highlight/escalate problems early and ask for help, ability to stay calm/deescalate in difficult situations **Technologies/Hard skills must have**: - .NET Core, C# - React - ASP.NET MVC Core - WebAPI - HTML, CSS, JavaScript - Microservices - Docker, Kubernetes - Entity Framework Core, Unit of work, Repository pattern - MS SQL, NoSql, Redis - MediatR - Azure - AppService, Service Bus, Functions, SQL Database - Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code - Node.js, Npm (as a user) - Dependency Injection -.NET Core - xUnit - unit testing, integration testing - Authentication - OAuth, JWT - Profiling tools, Static code analysis tools - Postman, Fiddler, Web Developer tools **Nice to have**: - Azure DevOps, Cloud - CI/CD - Security - OWASP - SQLi, XSS, CSRF - Aspose - Design Patterns, overlap to Architecture - PowerBI, SSRS **Professional Qualities**: - Commitment to **quality delivery** and professional standards in all aspects of work - Strong **attention to detail** in development practices, including thorough testing and adherence to established workflows - Strong **problem-solving** skills and ability to optimize code for high performance and low latency - Proven track record of taking **ownership** and responsibility for development areas - Excellent **presentation skills** with ability to effectively communicate technical work to various stakeholders - Strong proactive approach to **communication**, including: active identification and communication of blockers, regular progress updates, initiative in supporting team members - Demonstrated **"can-do" attitude** and strong team collaboration skills - Mature approach to **feedback**, including: constructive reception of improvement suggestions, ability to provide actionable feedback with clear problem statements and improvement proposals, focus on benefits and solutions when addressing challenges - Proactive approach to **learning** new technologies and best practices - Ability to collaborate with **cross-functional** teams **What do we offer you?** - Attractive salary - Large free
