**About Sofia**: Sofia is a leading remote staffing agency for real estate. Our mission is to connect top-tier remote talent with US based real estate businesses, providing unparalleled service and expertise.
Sofia is seeking highly talented Business Developers with a minimum of 2 years of staffing agency experience to join our dynamic team. As a Business Developer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and fostering long-term relationships within the real estate industry. This position offers competitive hourly rates above market value, along with commission incentives for closed deals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients in the real estate sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage with prospects.
- Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress to management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a staffing agency or similar sales role.
- Exceptional language skills, both written and verbal.
- Established LinkedIn network with 500+ connections, preferably in the real estate space.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
- Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar customer relationship management software.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/business development within an offshore employment/staffing agency.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with recruiting platforms and a keen understanding of the hiring landscape.
- Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, preferably HubSpot.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to business development.
