**Responsibilities**:
Cumplir los procedimientos operacionales, a fin de asegurar la continuidad de los procesos y productos cumpliendo con las especificaciones y/o requerimientos basados en las normas para la industria cerámica.
- Desarrollar los diseños de los Procesos aplicables a las facilidades de Producción de piezas cerámicas.
- Responsable de identificar y monitorear las variables criticas del proceso de piezas cerámicas.
- Registrar los eventos operacionales relevantes y reportar en forma clara y precisa a fin de mantener y evitar desviaciones a los procesos.
- Realizar acciones de contención para evitar que salga producto no conforme.
- Participar en las juntas diarias de arranque de turno e informar acerca de los hallazgos encontrados y las acciones correctivas, preventivas y/o de contención a seguir.
- Cumplir con el seguimiento de las operaciones, de su área asignada a través de gembas de monitoreo a las variables criticas definidas.
- Documentación y seguimiento a pruebas del departamento enfocadas a la mejora de los KPIs.
- Apoyar en la implementación del sistema de medio ambiente
- Apoyar activamente el cumplimiento de la política del sistema de medio ambiente
- Aceptar y participar activamente en el proceso del sistema de medio ambiente
- Apoyar en el cumplimiento de controles y oportunidades, y seguimiento de riesgos y oportunidades
- Cumplir con los roles y responsabilidades del sistema de gestión de calidad descrito en el documento FT-EHS-49-00.

Qualifications:
Educación: Mínimo Carrera Técnica en Procesos de Producción o afín

Experiência: 1 Año en Áreas de Producción o Calidad

Formación:
a) Norma ISO 9001-2008

b) Sistema de Auditorias

c) RCAs, enfoque analítico

d) Manejo básico de Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Habilidades:
a) Organización del trabajo

b) Adaptabilidad

c) Comunicación

d) Enfoque al cliente

e) Orientación a la Calidad

f) Toma de decisiones
