Laboratory Technician

#LI-Onsite **Key Responsibilities** - Sample across all stages of pretreatment and painting. - Daily shift records and line adjustments based on results. - Operation and monitoring of the wastewater treatment plant. - Inspection and adjustment of the reverse osmosis system. - Inventory control of direct materials used in the production process and indirect materials (for pretreatment and laboratory). - Perform chemical analyses in the laboratory, including pH measurements, conductivity tests, use of analytical balance, and titrations to check alkalinity and acidity. **Qualifications** - ** Education**:**Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related fields. - ** Required Experience (minimum)**:**At least 2 years of experience in similar positions. - ** Essential Knowledge**: - Proficiency in chemical laboratory analysis. - Experience with coating technologies (electroplating, electro-galvanizing, autophoretic coating).**_Desired Knowledge:_**: - Wastewater pretreatment. - Process control experience. - Knowledge of stamping or die-cutting processes. **You will have benefits: Health Insurance, Life Insurance.** **About us**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way** Every single day at PPG: **We partner with customers to create mutual value.** **We are "One PPG" to the world.** **We trust our people every day, in every way.** **We make it happen.** **We run it like we own it.** **We do better today than yesterday - everyday.** Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.
