Position Summary

**Trade Marketing**: To formulate the Company's trade marketing strategies for the off premise and ensure sales growth with tailored channel shopper marketing solutions based on keen market insights and analysis. create excellent shopper experience in retail shops via translating brand strategies to build and implement impactful instore visibility, shopper education and shopper communication plan.

**E comm**: Our eCommerce business in Mexico includes the managing of strategy & sales of eBoutique, amazon and retail own ecomm platforms. Success is measured by the delivery of our eCommerce sales targets, but also in channel relationship and operational efficiency.

Job Description

  • To lead and develop trade marketing strategy and activation programs of off-trade channel to meet commercial KPIs.
  • Closely and effectively work with brand and sales team to form and coordinate meaningful tools include but not limited of trade promotion, visibility plan and incentive materials.
  • To address opportunities and develop activations by sound analysis of market dynamics, field feedback, market research and channel offtake data. Propose shopper and trade partner engaging programs that are most appropriate for the market.
  • To initiate creative activation or shopper education program via regular market visits.
  • Oversee trade spending with regular evaluation of merchandising and promotion activities.
  • To perform routine tasks (e.g. premium, expense, allocation, and documentation etc.) and keep pursuing for efficiency improvement.
  • To keep excellent relationship with internal stake holders as well as trade partners.
  • eCommerce inventory planning and sales forecast update with finance and supply chain.
  • Craft and optimize innovative online new channel and unlock new growth opportunities across the new channel sides.
  • Build up good relationship with customer, get more resource from customer to support the sales target achievement.
  • Participate/lead business negotiation to land deals with partner platforms.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Proficient knowledge of Trade Marketing
  • At least 5 years spirit or 8 years consumer goods experience in Trade Marketing function, eCommerce related experience is preferred.
  • Previous exposure in sales function is a plus
  • Good at numbers and data analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of presentation skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Strategic thinking and business development experience.
  • Good business analytical skills and profitability analysis.
