Drive Unmissable POS Materials Execution for Foods (Bouillon, Soups, Mini Meals and Condiments) Category across Channels, to Maxime Shopper Awareness, Attraction and Conversion in every POS.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**Executional Excellence- Guarantee Unmissable Visibility Guidelines to all POS Materials.- Work Closely with Sales, Trade Marketing and Marketing Teams to Level Up Visibility Capabilities (Based on Shopper Insights). And as Frontliner Role, Bringing Inputs from Merchandiser Team to Optimize our Materials.- Plan and Execute Marketing and Customers POS Programs as Demand Generators. Budget and Full Purchase Process Owner.- Coordinate and Audit 3rd Parties to Ensure Quality of Materials (Hard) and Flawless Execution.- Track, Measure ROI, Market Share Growth and Evaluate Execution Compliance in Order to get Inputs and Insights to Improve POS Material.Data Literacy, Selling- Examines & Interprets a wide Variety of Data and Make Recommendations and Decisions- Delivers and Communicate Effective data Stories, through analysis of Information, presentation and visualization.- Develop and test Hypotheses to solutions to Unilever Brands, based on current trends and new insights**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**- At Least +2 Year Experience Working with FMCG, ideally Food Sector- Demonstrated Experience in Trade Marketing/Customer Marketing/Marketing / Field Sales designing and executing Commercial Strategies / Visibility Programs- Proven Track Record working with Modern Trade, Traditional Trade and Agencies.- Analytics, Driven Business Performance, Effective Communication.- Office, Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI (Working Knowledge)- English Intermediate LevelStandards of Leadership- Purpose and Service,- Business Acumen- Consumer and Shopper Love- Passion For High Performance**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**- Advanced English
