In today's dynamic environment, it is an exciting time to join the Marketing team at Colgate Palmolive. Our highly upbeat and focused Marketing team is dedicated to driving growth for our company in this constantly evolving landscape.

**What role will you play?** As the **Brand Manager **for our **Brand Innovation Group **you will support the brand strategy development, by finding opportunity spaces and developing product and communication proposals for the Latin America region. You will be responsible for project management of new product's development, running time tables and lead projects with a cross functional team.

**What will you do?**
- Drive brand growth by delivering consumer winning propositions
- Build and implement with excellence innovation pipeline
- Coordinate cross-functional team for New Products and IMC
- Development of Regional GTM strategy: Communication, Commercialization, and Scalability
- Ensure profitability - P&L Management and budget control
- Define Consumer Insight plan based on category opportunities
- Coordinate activities of internal and/or external resources according to project needs

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or related
- 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing or innovation as Brand Associate
- Project management experience
- Advanced English level
- Communication and other interpersonal skills
- Key Partner management experience
- Google Tools advanced management
- Nielsen Advisor / Answers
