Under general direction, the scope is to secure the fabrication of products that fulfill with general standards and key characteristics, efficiency and work ship to fulfill their functions that it was made for, through the implementation of a total control of production on assurance quality aspects._ **PRINCIPAL DUTIES**: - Customer Satisfaction through continuously analyzing customer complains. - Customer Satisfaction through continuously analyzing internal issues. - Improve current production systems through JCMS tools. - Tracking and improvement KPI’s assigned. - Controls the production on quality assurance aspect. (Quality Control Documents). - Performs audit according to the schedule. - Develops on product warranty analysis. - Provides Customer Service. - Establishes correctives and preventives actions. - Develops the role as quality guide for HPT. - Comply with activities specified in JCI Safety Commitment Letter. - Participate in EHS, Quality & JCMS activities (subcommittees, emergency brigades, inspections, audits, campaigns, Training, etc.) as required. - Execute the task according their role in quality matrix. - Ensure applicable activities that help achieve EHS, Quality & JCMS goals and metrics. - Participate in EHS, Quality & JCMS observations program. - Ensure EHS, Quality & JCMS goals and metrics are established in GPAS for all employees. - Comply with Quality Requirements defined in ISO, ASME Manual & all defined in quality documented information. - Report all injuries, almost accidents, unsafe acts / conditions and occupational health problems and take the necessary corrective measures, as well as support in the investigation. - Support and comply with all security practices, systems and rules established in the company. - Keep the areas clean and tidy, maintaining the 5’s standards. - Properly use Personal Protective Equipment. - Review and participate in risk assessments ensuring the level of alertness in their areas when working with materials and chemicals. **REQUIREMENTS**: - Bachelor (Mechanical / Industrial or mechatronics) degree. - English > 80 %. (conversational) - Minimum of 5 years of experience as Process / Customer Quality Engineer; Statistics, continues improvement, negotiations, samples, etc. - Professional recognition and industry networking are desired and speak to large audiences. - Able to lead and direct diverse teams, like team work a plus. - ** Able to travel up to 50% of the time (Valid VISA and Passport)**: - strong personal computer working capabilities in MS Office Suite, etc.
