We are looking for a **Customer Quality Engineer** for site in El Salto, JAL.**What You Will Do In Your Role**:- Support customer(s) and representatives when conducting Quality system or process audits to agreed-upon standard by:- Defining how the Molex Quality Management System (QMS) works in tandem with customer quality plans- Demonstrating/providing internal documentation and data as proof of compliance- Ability to convey process to recognized automotive industry standards- Being adept in describing Molex internal business process including product release, process control/testing, non-compliant material management, document/data management and change review.- Performing data analysis and providing monthly/ quarterly reporting.- Lead audit teams to ensure that implementation, training, and go-live actions are meeting or have met the customer(s) expectations. Determine necessary quality improvement factors and activities.- Initiate and drive problem-solving/8D activities internally or at customer sites regarding performance drop-off or product failure.- Work with customers and Molex engineering/manufacturing/supply chain/ product teams to resolve problems- Produce or provide proof of compliance using Molex internal documentation or modification of such to provide clear evidence. Ensure systems are captured in business processes consistent with customer expectations- Conduct regular quality review meetings with customers on quality planning and implementation, product reliability, case closure time, and overall product experience with emphasis on assessing customer satisfaction levels- Analyze and solve complex problems acting as a liaison between the customer and the internal teams**The Experience You Will Bring****Requirements**:- Experience as Customer Quality Engineer in automotive or electromechanical technology business- Experience with Quality Management Systems such as Lean, Six Sigma, etc.- Bachelor’s Degree- Experience using tools to identify root cause (8D, DMAIC, 5 Whys, etc.)- Experience with Excel (charts, graph, V lookup, pivot tables) and creating presentations in Power Point- Must be a highly responsible individual who can work independently and with mínimal supervision**What Will Put You Ahead**:- Familiar with ISO9001- Familiar with ISO/TS16949 or VDA or equivalent standards- Sustainment or implementation of a Quality Management System- Experience in the implementation of core tools including APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, and development of control plans- Bachelor's Degree in the Sciences- American Society of Quality (ASQ) certification- Experience using SAP or similarThis role is eligible for relocation bonus/supportTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Aumentos salariales- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Estacionamiento gratuito- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro dental- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor- Servicio de comedor con descuento- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaExperiência:- la industria automotriz: 2 años (Deseable)- la industria electromécanica: 2 años (Deseable)- Customer Quality Engineer: 2 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)- Health insurance
