**Tu Propósito**
Buscamos un perfil híbrido: alguien que combine la ejecución de contenido con una mentalidad estratégica y analítica. Esta persona será responsable de crear, coordinar y optimizar contenido digital (redes sociales, blogs, correos, anuncios), alineado con objetivos de negocio.
Además, deberá tener la capacidad de detectar tendencias, comprender funnel de conversión y aplicar principios de social selling para generar entregables que realmente vendan.
**Responsabilidades**
- Analizar tendencias de contenido y adaptarlas a nuestras marcas con agilidad.
- Medir el rendimiento del contenido con herramientas como GA4, Metricool o similares.
- Interpretar métricas (alcance, clics, conversiones) y proponer optimizaciones accionables.
- Diseñar contenido para cada etapa del funnel de ventas y contribuir a estrategias de social selling.
- Generar reportes de performance y presentarlos con recomendaciones claras.
- Coordinar entregables con diseñadores, tráfico y otros miembros del equipo de marketing.
**Requisitos**
- 2+ años de experiência en marketing digital o content marketing.
- Dominio de redacción creativa orientada a resultados.
- Capacidad de análisis de datos y métricas de performance.
- Conocimiento básico de funnel de ventas y social selling.
- Uso fluido de herramientas como Locker studio, Metricool, GA4, Notion, Trello, Docs.
- Proactividad, enfoque en resultados y fuerte organización personal.
**Deseables / Bonus**
- Experiência previa en agencias.
- Conocimientos de SEO o pauta digital.
- Portafolio de contenidos con resultados demostrables.
- Manejo de dashboards (Looker Studio, Tableau o similares).
