The main purpose of a Senior Manager - Enterprise Architecture for Supply Chain & Enabling Functions is to Make sure Pepsico LATAM has
- a strong business & technology alignment
- a simplified and optimized techniology ecosystem
- an accelerated speed to market through pervasive reuse
- long-term viability of digital solutions and reduced risks

**Your Impact**

As **CTO Sr Manager - LATAM Enterprise Architect Supply Chain & Enabling Functions**your scope would consist:

- Provide strategic support and direction setting in adopting the right technologies to achieve desired business outcomes
- Business capability mapping
- Architecture North Star evangelization/applying
- ** Technology capability roadmaps management**:

- Tech evaluation and selection
- Provide architecture standards and best practices, reusable designs and components to help teams make better design decisions and tech choices and increase speed to market
- Enforce the adherence to architecture principles and standards
- Contribute to the generation and usage of framework engineering (reusable core services)
- Ensure solution designs in line with standards through education, governance, and engagement
- Coach and educate business, S&T and vendors stakeholder groups
- Run architectural governance
- Architect solutions for key projects
- Define portfolio lifecycle plan
- Conduct portfolio assessment (with enhanced data, tools)
- Identify opportunities and action plan
- Prioritize actions and seek business buy-in
- Feedback loop and continuous improvement

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Education**
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar
- Highly Desirable: MBA, Masters in Technology or Masters in Data Analytics

**Experience**
- Highly desirable certifications: PMP®, SaFe, TOGAF
- Fast learner; self-driven; self-motivated; analytical skills; critical thinking; leadership; good oral, written & abstract (charting & diagraming) communication skills; results driven; proactivity; value management; business process management (highly desirable); project management
- Fluent at a business level in Spanish & English. Portuguese (desirable)
- Business acumen a must (focus on Supply Chain Management and backoffice support)
- At least 8 years of professional experience in IT implementation, IT Strategy and/or Enterprise Architecture
- At least 3 years of experience in Consumer Goods, IT Consulting and/or Retail
- At least 3 years managing teams and leading projects
- Deep understanding and first-hand experience on the following technologies:
ERP (SAP S4/H y ECC); Salesforce; Cloud (Azure); RPA; IoT (desirable); Integrated Business Planning; Cyber Security; IT Service Management; Enterprise Architecture; Big Data.

- 50% of the times, communication will be in Spanish and 50% in English. Although, in some cases, Portuguese might be involved in the conversations.
