HR Generalist

- This position leads, develops, implements and evaluates training solutions to meet the needs of the business.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Process to ensure that the company has the best employees in the right position.
- Develop and maintain relevant to the company's obligations to its employees, in addition to legal and regulatory requirements.**Responsibilities**
- Manage the training function to Timken Mexico. This includes properly maintaining/updating/tracking and distributing training records and skill matrixes ensuring compliance with company and local requirements.
- Propose to the internal customer the most effective training program maximizing current resources.
- Manage our internal Employee Technical Competencies Certification, ensuring to have the most competent associates and all training records and evidence are in place.
- Leading meetings and interactions between all departments to ensure the criteria for competency certification is being considered.
- Participate in and enhance HR Projects.

**Technical/Functional Skills**
- Fluent English.
- Strong Knowledge related to Training and development methodologies
- Knowledge of Federal Labor Law
- Legal requirements for training and recruitment process
- Strong knowledge of talent attraction strategies

**Education / Experience**
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Administration, Bussiness or similar career (certificated).
- Minimum 5 years as a HR Analyst / Human Resources Generalist in Manufacturing Industry.
