Our associates make the world more productive by improving the efficiency and reliability of the machinery that keeps industry in motion.Purpose:Manage the labor relations process, ensuring that the administration of the associates are accurate, aligned with the law.Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of Labor Relations services, policies, and procedures relevant to the company's obligations to its associates, in addition to legal and regulatory requirements. Support and execute the company strategy to create a healthy work environment.**Responsibilities**Managing the administration process for labor contracts.Ensures compliance with the internal work regulations.Manage the collective agreement and internal regulations.Ensures that the benefits agreed in the individual contract of the associates as well as in the collective labor contract are applied in the payroll.Administers disciplinary measures for associates together with the local lawyers.Advise leaders on issues of associates problems with their staff.Support in recruitment processes.Support in Corporate Social Responsibility Projects.Support in Wellness Programs.Provide support to Human Resources Manager on some HR projects.**Technical / Functional Skills**:Expert in the Federal Labor Law process.Knowledge of Labor Relations.Knowledge of Best Practices of Human Resources.Excellent analytical and decision making skillsEnglish: advanced level.**Education**:Bachelor’s Degree in Bussiness Administration or Related field with 5+ years of experience.All qualified applicants shall be treated equally according to their individual qualifications, abilities, experiences and other employment standards.
