**P2P Senior Analyst (Process Vendor Payments)**:

Prepare ERP payments, ensuring maximum accuracy and compliance with SOX controls as well as internal ABB policies. To ensure payments are released correctly, necessary prechecks need to be performed, including potential duplicate bookings analysis, checking debit balances, payment program error resolution etc.

**This position reports to**:
Finance Delivery Manager - AP

**Your responsibilities**:

- Preparation of necessary pre-payment run checks, including potential duplicates review and ensuring all the payment program errors get resolved on time.
- Daily monitoring of incoming SNOW tickets, with timely resolution of requests.
- Preparation of payment runs in SAP payment program, based on pre-determined calendars as well as ad-hoc basis if needed.
- Ensuring all the executed payments are SOX-compliant, with proper supporting documentation secured.
- Daily monitoring of failed and returned payments, resolution of root causes and preparation of repayment if necessary.

**Your background**:

- Graduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent work experience.
- 3 to 4 years of operational P2P experience, including at least 2 years of handling vendor payments process.
- Proficiency in business English; flair for other foreign languages in use in global hub environment an asset.
- Excellent team player, in a similar or a higher sized team in the past.
- Ability to coach/ guide analysts in their day to day working.
- Expertise in the end to end P2P Process, involving SAP & Workflow tools, host-to-host interfaces and/or banking platforms.
- Yellow Belt course completion as an asset
