And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through ourHybrid Work Model**Job Description**:Position PurposeThe role of Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for actively contributing LATAM Accounts Payable (AP) activities under the direction of the AP Manager. This role is accountable to perform a variety of AP tasks. In addition to managing an independent workload, this role will also provide support as needed by AP ManagerScope- Number of Countries: LATAM countriesMajor/Key Accountabilities- Lead the Procure to Pay activities in relation to suppliers: invoice processing, payments to suppliers, expense management, vendor help desk and intercompany netting- Analyze P2P metrics and make process improvement recommendations- Act as a change agent and design and implement best in class standard processes together with the Service Provider- Act as a key point of contact and communicate pro-actively with the in-scope Business Units and Finance Leaders about P2P matters.- Manage exceptions and escalate appropriate issues or risks- Understand the payment standard and process.- Assist in month-end closing- Fcst and budget analysis for Trade Creditors and CDO calculation.Measures- Performance of the retained organization in P2P activities tower- Ensure all vendor invoices and credit memos are processed for payment and resolve discrepancies- On time and quality in the balance sheet reconciliations for P2P GL accounts (GR/IR)Key contactsInternal- Finance Manager in each country- P2P Regional Process Owners- Treasury Analyst- Sourcing/Procurement teams- Logistics team- HRExternal- Service Provider (Genpact)- Suppliers- Transactional Banks- AuditorsExperience- _ Minimum 2 or 3 year´s work experience in similar role_Skills and Knowledge- SAP- P2P Tools (Coupa, Basware, Concur)- Internal controls- Experience in working with third party service providersLanguages- Spanish, EnglishPreferred EducationDegree and equivalent - AccountingPreferred Level of Work Experience1 - 3 yearsWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and we are committed to developing a diverse workforce in which everyone is treated fairly, with respect, and has the opportunity to contribute to business success while realizing his or her potential.
