We are looking for a rockstar to join RappiCard Mexico and be our next
- **Head of Analytics & Insights **within the finance and operations organizations reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and dotted line to the Chief Data Officer.
- Client segmentation and profitability per client/segment/vintage
- LTV & Payback per client/segment/vintage
- CAC improvement
- Client & vintage profitability potential
- Acceptance rate optimization
- Rule engine optimization for chargebacks, disputes and clarifications

In addition to partnering with the finance and operations teams, the role will work closely with the Risk, Growth, Business Development, Life Cycle Management and Fraud areas.**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Lead and develop the A&I team within the finance and operations teams
- Create and maintain dashboards
- Develop data driven models
- Derive insights and propose corrective actions to improve metrics
- Deliver ad-hoc data analysis for internal projects

**Qualifications**:

- Team player & leadership skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for disruption and innovation, and genuine interest in Fintech
- 3-5 years in data at a fintech or internet company
- Degree in economics, engineering, mathematics or actuarial sciences
- Deep understanding of SQL, Python, Power BI, Data Studio and R
- Theoretical and applied skills in statistics and machine learning
- Experience training and deploying machine learning models
