El especialista en Iniciación de Crédito 4 es un puesto de nível inicial responsable de asistir en la evaluación de la capacidad de las personas, empresas e instituciones para satisfacer las demandas de préstamos, acuerdos y obligaciones extendidas junto con el equipo de Operaciones - Servicios. El objetivo general de este puesto es minimizar las amenazas a la empresa al determinar los plazos o el nível de crédito que se puede otorgar sin riesgos innecesarios. **Responsabilidades**: - Aplicar un mayor límite de autoridad crediticia, los límites crediticios pueden variar según el país. - Respaldar una amplia variedad de productos o servicios con poca supervisión. - Demostrar experiência administrativa/técnica. - Aplicar el conocimiento sobre cómo los deberes se relacionan con otros en la unidad y cómo la unidad se integra con otras para lograr los objetivos de la función. - Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia **Calificaciones**: - Entre 1 y 3 años de experiência relevante. - Habilidades funcionales especializadas en el área y conocimiento básico de los principios o las normas profesionales y técnicas subyacentes - Conocimiento amplio en las actividades y procedimientos en un área de trabajo - Atención a los detalles y precisión en las tareas - Conocimiento detallado de una amplia variedad de habilidades administrativas y técnicas especializadas - Debe cumplir con todos los requisitos locales en cuanto a las políticas para analizar la viabilidad de los créditos - Demuestra una comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa de manera constante. **Educación**: - Diploma de bachillerato o equivalente. - **Job Family Group**: Operations - Services - **Job Family**: Credit Initiation - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
