**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Finance Analyst with Portuguese**

**Main Purpose**

Responsible to operate all price changes, price updates and grams up/down of Brazil (entire Brazil territory with 27 states with each IVA aspects, ~300 price lists; ~200 SKU’s; 3 operational systems, 3 different channels). Also support Pricing Manager and Brazilian stakeholders (Sales and Finance teams) related to price processes.

**Accountabilities**
- Be part of LATAM’s GBS team delivering and excellent service to GBS Finance clients according to SLA’s
- Responsible to operate price changes, price updates and grams up/down of Brazil OU into three operational systems (SAP, FAS and Totvs)
- Identify gaps and processes opportunities and propose to GBS leader also stakeholders corrective measures
- Support Brazil Sales and Finance teams in analysis, doubts and demands related to Pricing processes
- Design, implement and execute the LATAM GBS operating procedures and Service Level Agreements, ensuring deliverables excellence (on time, every time, mistake free) meeting Service Level Agreements
- Create and maintain relationships with clients ensuring a business partner relationship with all of them
- Promote and adhere to GBS ways of working, culture and values

Qualifications:

- Have at least 18 months in your current function
- Notify your direct leader and HRBP that you are interested on the position
- PDR evaluation of at least 2/2 on the last two years
- Have not received any warrants and/or disciplinary notifications on the last 12 months

**Education/requirements**

Education: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration

Computer literate - SAP/Totvs/FAS, Power Point, Advanced Excel (Formulas, Pivot Table, Charts, Conditional Formatting)

Language: Spanish / English advanced / Portuguese Advanced
