**What Are We Looking For**:

- 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role
- Fluent English is a must
- Disposition to be on site 4 days per week
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing organizational outcomes
- Background in managing complex employee relations issues and driving talent initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP)
- Strategic Thinking, Strong Business Acumen, Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution, Coaching and Leadership Development, Talent Management, and Succession Planning.
