We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Tax Manager, Jr Accountant, Staff Accountant to join our team. You will be responsible for managing taxes and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely and contribute to the success of our virtual staffing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file monthly tax returns in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Compile financial statements and reports to support tax filings and audits.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate record-keeping and financial reporting.
- Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations, particularly those relevant to virtual staffing operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and adhere to ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- CPA is required.
- Proven experience in preparing financial statements and tax returns.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
- Familiarity with Mexican tax law and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
