We're seeking a highly motivated and organized **Construction/Roofing Assistant Manager** to join our growing US-based construction company. This work-from-home role offers the flexibility you desire while providing a challenging and rewarding career path.

You'll play a key role in:

- Overseeing and coordinating roofing operations for active projects.
- Cultivating and managing relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and crews.
- Handling material orders, deliveries, and scheduling.
- Reviewing invoices and ensuring accurate billing.

**To be successful, you'll possess**:

- Excellent English communication skills (C1 or higher).
- Proficiency in common office software (Excel, Office Suite, CRM is a plus).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivation, proactiveness, and results-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude.
- Construction industry experience or knowledge.
- Reliable internet connection, computer, and headset.
- Previous roofing experience highly desirable.
