- 5 years of progressive experience in compensation or a closely related field in Latin America.
- Experience in different locations in LATAM (Monterrey City, Mexico City, Tijuana City, Costa Rica, and Chile)

**Additional Information**:

- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to handle highly confidential information
- Workday experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft suite experience especially Excel preferred
- Fluent in English

**Position Summary**:
