Company leader in providing display merchandisers, refrigeration systems looking for a Sr. Compensation analyst**Description**:This position will work with Compensation Manager and support company´s compensation & benefits programs. Together with Manufacturing, Sales, Portfolio Solutions, Finance, IT, Business Leaders and the HR Team in LATAM Region (México, Central America & Chile) to provide day-to-day compensation analysis.Assist in the development and maintenance of compensation reporting and analytics. The position will evaluate, communicate, and analyze salary data and company compensation programs to achieve business objectives.**Principal Responsibilities**:- **1**. Partner with HR Team and the managers across the business to understand and support the business objectives by providing Compensation support and guidance.- **2.** Administer compensation guidelines, policies and programs, recommending solutions or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related concerns.- **3.** Assist in the administration of salary and various incentive plans.- **4.** Assist the Compensation Manager in providing analysis on new job profiles as well as reviewing job offers for consistency with the compensation structure and program.- **5. **Complete compensation surveys as needed.- **6.** Participate and contribute to ongoing compensation projects**Requirements**:- 4+ years of progressive experience in compensation or a closely related field in Latin America.- **Fluent in English****Additional Information**:- Strong analytical and reporting skills- Ability to handle highly confidential information- Workday experience preferred- Strong Microsoft suite experience especially Excel preferredTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $30,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Caja de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro dental- Vales de despensa
