We are looking for a creative and talented **Graphic Designer** to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually appealing and effective design materials for both print and digital media. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team and other departments to develop design concepts that align with our brand identity and messaging.

**This is a hybrid position, we can only consider people living in Monterrey. Working on-site will be required at least 2 days per week.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and design a variety of materials for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, website graphics, social media posts, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to develop cohesive and effective design concepts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry tools.
- Prepare and present design proposals to internal teams and clients.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Adapt and adjust designs based on feedback and needs.
- Be aware of the newest tech tools for design and presentations that can be found in the market that make your work stand out from the rest.

**Requirements**:

- ** Intern-level and up to 3 years of working experience in a similar role.**
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of relevant work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Web design skills and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (basic).
- Animation skills (desirable)
- Strong creativity and visual communication skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Full-time and hybrid availability.
- Fluency in English is a must
