Full Time - On-Site (Mexico City)
- In D. Catcher, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a Top Forbes company.
- Principle duties and tasks:_
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all positions, from sourcing, screening, scheduling, offering, and onboarding new hires.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, assessments, and other recruitment events.
- Achieve individual and team goals from execution and follow through to ensure that the work is completed accurately and on time.
- Administrative support to the Recruitment team and other HR areas.
- Qualifications:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology / Human Resources / Administration or similar required.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced English level
- Experience fulfilling a high volume of positions at the same time.
- Experience with several roles, especially Technical Sales positions.
- Availability to travel for recruitment events and interviews.
- Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility in adapting to different projects, new processes and learning new business areas as assigned.
- Collaborate with team members to support the department with all recruitment tasks.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment to meet strict deadlines.
- Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills.
