Descripción y detalle de las actividades

Supervisar y garantizar el cumplimiento de los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI): productividad, calidad, eficiencia (OEE), entregas puntuales, níveles de inventario, etc.
- Coordinar con departamentos como producción, calidad, ingeniería, mantenimiento, logística y compras.
- Liderar proyectos de mejora continua utilizando herramientas como Kaizen, 5S, SMED, VSM, A3 y PDCA.
- Identificar desperdicios y oportunidades para la optimización de recursos.

Experiência y requisitos
- Licenciatura concluida
- Ingles avanzado
- Mínimo de 5 años de experiência en manufactura, mejora continua o procesos industriales.
- Experiência en el area de materiales y produccion
- Cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente.
- Dominio de Microsoft Office
- Manejo de personal
