Role Purpose

Develops and implements programs to recruit and select the talent to meet the organization's business needs. Works with the business to understanding hiring and development needs, and oversees the sourcing, assessment, selection, on-boarding and development of employees.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Future Talent Recruitment**
- **Strategic Workforce Planning**

Design and deliver complex analyses of external and internal information and analyses of complex resourcing scenarios to support the development of key strategic insights and the development of the strategic workforce plan.
- **Transformational Change Management**

Manage workstreams or small projects within a transformational change program, ensuring integration with related projects; use structured change management methodologies to build acceptance of change and embed desired culture and behaviors.
- **Organizational Design**

Deliver specialist research and analysis to support evaluation of the current state organization, development and evaluation of future state organizational design propositions, and identification of the costs and business benefits of change.
- **HR Data Analytics and Insights**

Deliver complex analyses of HR data; identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
- **Leadership and Direction**

Communicate the local action plan; explain how this relates to the function's strategy and action plan, and the broader organization's mission and vision; motivate people to achieve local business goals.
- **Performance Management**

Develop and propose own performance objectives; take appropriate actions to ensure achievement of agreed objectives, using the organization's performance management systems to improve personal performance. OR Manage and report on team performance; set appropriate performance objectives for direct reports or project / account team members and hold them accountable for achieving these, taking appropriate corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievement of team / personal objectives.
- **Organizational Capability Building**

Use the organization's formal development framework to identify the team's individual development needs. Plan and implement actions to build their capabilities. Provide training or coaching to others throughout the organization in own area of expertise to enable others to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
- **External Employment Data Benchmarking**

Deliver a budget for an area of the organization or conduct complex analyses on budget progress in other areas of the organization.

**Experience**
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent level
- Experience in similar function (ideally as TA Manager)
- Leading and managing recruitment activities in the US Fluency in English and Spanish is a must. Knowledge of Portuguese would be seen as an advantage, but it's not a must.

We anticipate that the role will be based at our shared services office in the city of Queretaro (with commute to the Celaya plant 1 or 2 days per week). This role is to be based on site. This position can be also based iin our Celaya or Villagran plants.
