**Responsibilities**:
The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment.
- Develop and maintain strong working knowledge of the A/E marketplace to recommend strategies and tactics to ensure competitiveness in attracting talent.
- Track effectiveness of recruitment efforts for ROI and make recommendations on future means, methods, and techniques.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Valid driver's license required. May be waived for international assignments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred
- Must have a demonstrated understanding of both the recruiting and sales processes.
