**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Reporting**: Generate regular reports on key operational metrics, financial performance, and project status. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

2. **Employee Tracking**: Maintain accurate records of employee schedules, tasks, and activities. Coordinate with team leads to ensure that deadlines are met and projects are progressing smoothly.

3. **Task Management**: Oversee the assignment and completion of tasks within the organization. Keep track of project timelines and deliverables to ensure that objectives are achieved on time.

4. **Communication**: Facilitate communication between different departments and teams within the organization. Relay important information and updates to relevant stakeholders.

5. **Process Improvement**: Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose solutions for optimization. Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

6. **Generalist Support**: Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed. Assist with tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in operations coordination or a similar role.

3. Proficient English language skills, both written and verbal.

4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

7. Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.

8. Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is desirable.
