As we continue to expand our reach, we seek a dynamic and growth-minded People Operations Coordinator to enhance our human resources operations and support our diverse and vibrant team.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Implement and optimize HR policies and procedures to ensure they meet the needs of our diverse workforce and align with our company goals.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires from various cultural backgrounds.
- Manage employee records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate internal communication strategies that enhance transparency and collaboration across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and develop programs that promote professional growth and skill development.
- Support the performance review process by collecting feedback and data, helping managers and staff set realistic and motivating career goals.
- Organize and oversee employee engagement activities that promote a positive company culture and boost morale.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues with a compassionate and effective approach.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve our processes.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- At least one year of People Operations or Human Resource experience in a fast-paced company.
- Service-oriented, must love helping people achieve their full potential.
- Creativity will come in handy in supporting events and programs.
- Technologically savvy.
- You must sweat the small stuff, someone who cares about the details.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think on one’s feet.
- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus, especially Spanish.
