Team Overview:
Role Responsibilities:
- Formulating & execute on a winning growth strategy against uprising ride-hailing competitors
- Leading the development of growth initiatives and key product features to grow platform user base
- Collecting first hand market insights by visiting core market and driving in-depth user research
- Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders including data scientist, marketing, government affairs, customer experience, legal to drive execution across the organization
- Building a strong team with effective collaboration and foster growth on each individual team member
Role Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience in strategic planning or growth operations, e.g., tech, consulting
- Spanish and English as working language
