**Purpose Statement**
Analyzes inventory transactions and systems to ensure the proper flow and accounting of product. Conducts system review to continuously improve inventory management and cost control systems.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Will be responsible to analyze the inventory level at customers and perform the different strategies to optimize it.
- Work and give support to Field inventory team in individuals tasks in the daily operation
- Will be responsible to ensure the correct process to replenish the consignment inventory to all consignment points in the country.
- Actively participates in the resolution of inventory discrepancies through problem identification and resolution.
- Participate physically in several counts at hospitals around the country to achieve with the inventory program.
- Work with commercial team to achieve with all customer requirements in order to grand the consumption of our materials.
- Interfaces with internal personnel to understand requirements, develop plans and ensure desired processing and movement of product.
- Analyzes product inventory movement transactions in order to ensure the security and integrity of the inventory management system.
- Develop and provide daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports as required.
- Review inventory reports to proactively monitor inventory accuracy.
- Executes inventory transactions in order to maintain the accountability of product inventories.
- Actively participates in the resolution of inventory discrepancies through problem identification and resolution.
- Collaborates with business system experts in order to develop system enhancements that improve the use of the inventory management system.
- Evaluates and revises system processes in order to simplify transaction processing and reduce operating costs.

**What we are looking for in you**:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Industrial Engineering, Logistic Engineering, Administration Degree or related careers.
- At least three years in similar position
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Spanish and Advanced English.
