**Recepcionist/Personal Assistant.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Agenda Management: Coordinate and manage the agenda for meetings and appointments. Ensure availability and preparation for scheduled meetings.
- Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support to the team, including preparation of documents and presentations. Manage correspondence and coordinate mailings and deliveries.
- Travel Coordination: Book and coordinate travel, including flights and accommodations. Prepare itineraries and ensure efficient travel.
- Front Desk Management: Maintain an organized and professional reception area. Manage the receipt and delivery of packages and correspondence. Interdepartmental
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication. Act as a liaison between management and staff.
**Required Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Personal Assistant (2-4 years).
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work autonomously.
- Professionalism and executive presentation.
