You will resolve customer service issues for complex, multi-country, or multi-regional accounts, liaise between customers and appropriate internal organizations such as sales, manufacturing, logistics, and service delivery to resolve customer inquiries and inspire changes to production and/or shipping schedules and price changes. You may also be responsible for project management of country, regional or multi-country projects and lead customer service projects requiring coordination with other functions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide quality customer service to internal and external clients.
- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end customer experience (from order to cash).
- Resolve customer service issues for complex, multi-country or multi-regional accounts.
- Act as a liaison between customers and appropriate internal organizations.
- Inspire changes to production and/or shipping schedules and price changes.
- Identify and follow up on business opportunities.
- Project management of country, regional or multi-country projects.
- Lead customer service projects requiring coordination with other functions.
- Solve a broad range of customer service-related problems of varying scope and complexity.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent 4+ years of proven experience.
- High level of English language comprehension.
- Strong customer service orientation and knowledge of logistics processes.
- Proven record of working independently.
- Proactive, focused, and with an eye for detail.
- Process inquiries and track orders and post-processing items.
- Lead confidential information and reports.
- Teammate personality and effective interpersonal skills in teamwork, negotiation, and networking.
