Descripción y detalle de las actividades

**Objetivo del puesto**:
Responsable de desarrollar, implementar y supervisar los procesos de soldadura, asegurando la calidad y eficiencia en la producción, así como el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y estándares de calidad en la industria. Deberá colaborar en la mejora continua de los procesos productivos relacionados con la soldadura y mantener la maquinaria y equipos en óptimas condiciones.

Experiência y requisitos

**_ Requisitos:_**

**Formación académica**:

- ** Ingeniería** en Soldadura, Mecánica, Metalurgia, o carrera afín.

**Idiomas**:

- ** Inglés avanzado.**

**Experiência**:

- Mínimo de **3 a 5 años** de experiência en soldadura industrial.
- Preferible experiência en industrias como **automotriz**, **aeroespacial**, **metalúrgica**, o **manufactura avanzada**.
- Conocimiento en procesos de moldeo.
- Experiência y conocimiento en soldadura:

- ** MIG** (Metal Inert Gas)
- ** TIG** (Tungsten Inert Gas)
- ** SMAW** (Shielded Metal Arc Welding), etc.
- Experiência en **pruebas no destructivas (NDT)** y análisis de fallas en soldadura.
- Familiaridad con normas y estándares de soldadura (ISO, ASME, AWS).

**Habilidades**:

- ** Resolución de problemas técnicos** y capacidad para proponer soluciones innovadoras.
- Habilidades de **liderazgo** y experiência en manejo de equipos de trabajo.
- Buenas habilidades de **comunicación** y capacidad para trabajar en equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Conocimiento en herramientas de **mejora continua** (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) es un plus.

**Software**:

- Manejo de **software CAD/CAM** y simulación de procesos de soldadura (deseable).

**Otros datos**:

- Visa láser vigente.
- Disponibilidad para viajar en caso de ser requerido.
