**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
We look up to the person responsible for the management of the assets of the company. These assets can be of any type - physical, digital, or financial. The person will be accountable for the analysis of purchasing or disposal of the different assets, will be the owner of the depreciation plan, as well as the budgeting of the capex for the company, making the accurate measurement of the company plan and tracking the changes month by month.
This person will be supervising the capex audit controls and the support documentation coordinating the different stakeholders across the company.
**Reports to**:Ops Finance Manager
**Reporting Level**:Non-Managerial
**Geographic Scope**:Mexico & Canada
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Management of assets for Mexico & Canada.
- Support on the business case for asset acquisitions or disposals.
- Identify savings opportunities to help drive accurate depreciation.
- Reporting automation and Cost Control.
- Support controls and Audit for capex.
- Involvement in Finance Projects.
- Budget Forecasting for capex and depreciation.
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- At least 2 years of experience in Finance or related areas as a professional / Internship Finance Programme.
- Have demonstrable communication, and negotiation skills and the ability to influence.
- Have strong analytical skills.
- Be driven and ambitious.
- Be an inspiring and engaging individual.
- Be curious and resilient.
- Proficient in English (Advanced).
- Graduate or studying Finance or related areas as a professional.
**BENEFICIAL**
- Desirable experience in FMCCs managing Capex or Opex budgeting or facilities. (not mandatory).
- Intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background.
- Factory management (finance perspective).
