**What you will be doing**
Performs site inspections and monitors the building and data center alarms
Performs preventative maintenance on site infrastructure
Determines work priorities from the Oracle queue and ensures adherence to all commit times
Troubleshoots switched / multiplexed / media converted circuits; escalates to, and works with networking group, as needed.
Works with customers to troubleshoot issues
Maintains detailed written records of all work activity
Provides input to peers for complex / critical maintenance activities
Carries out more complex infrastructure projects
Completes all assigned training in a timely manner
Supports customer satisfaction through timely and precise order execution
**What you should have**
- High School Diploma
- Working experience with circuits and alarm instalation
- Knowledge of Microsoft 10 and Windows Server 2016 or higher
- Advanced English
