We embrace diversity in thought and contribution and are committed to providing an equitable work environment that is foundational to our core values as a company and is vital to our success.**What you will be doing**Performs site inspections and monitors the building and data center alarmsPerforms preventative maintenance on site infrastructureDetermines work priorities from the Oracle queue and ensures adherence to all commit timesTroubleshoots switched / multiplexed / media converted circuits; escalates to, and works with networking group, as needed.Works with customers to troubleshoot issuesMaintains detailed written records of all work activityProvides input to peers for complex / critical maintenance activitiesCarries out more complex infrastructure projectsCompletes all assigned training in a timely mannerSupports customer satisfaction through timely and precise order execution**What you should have**- High School Diploma- Working experience with circuits and alarm instalation- Knowledge of Microsoft 10 and Windows Server 2016 or higher- Advanced English**Why Equinix**The opportunity to be part of the digital transformation in the world in a company that was elected by the employees as the best places to work by Glassdoor and it´s is GPTW for several consecutive years.Equinix is an equal opportunity employer.
