- As a Credit Analyst based in Querétaro within our Global Services division, you will be essential to strengthening our credit management framework, ensuring we maintain strong financial health and operational integrity.- Your role will significantly impact our ability to minimize financial risk while enabling sustainable business growth. By accurately assessing creditworthiness and managing credit exposure, you ensure our company's assets are protected and that customer relationships are built on trust and transparency.- Collaborating closely with finance, sales, and legal teams, you'll lead the evaluation and monitoring processes for client credit accounts, fostering an efficient and compliant credit environment. Your insights will directly influence financial decision-making and contribute to the success of our Group Functions CFO as well as the wider organisation's strategic goals.- Through advancing our credit risk models and lending policies, you will help position the company for a more innovative and resilient financial future.**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Conduct thorough credit assessments for new and existing customers by analysing financial statements, credit reports, and payment histories to accurately determine credit risk and limit recommendations.
- Manage and monitor customer credit limits and payment terms, proactively identifying potential risks and recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, legal, and finance teams to support credit decisions and ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Utilise credit management software and data analysis techniques to automate reporting processes, improve data accuracy, and facilitate timely decision-making.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, credit regulations, and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with your team to enhance overall credit operations.

**What We're Looking For**
- Proven experience in credit analysis or financial risk assessment with the ability to interpret complex financial data and deliver actionable insights.
- Strong proficiency or willingness to develop expertise in credit management systems, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional and culturally diverse teams, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a global business environment.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in preparing detailed credit reports, presenting findings, and engaging effectively in both written and verbal formats.
- A proactive and analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement, problem-solving, and fostering compliance within a dynamic credit management function.
