The Customer Support Specialist is the first point of contact for customers and business partners of the Global Business Services, Financial Planning & Analysis division in San Luis Potosí, Ciudad de Mexico and Monterrey, Mexico. In this role and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid the team by reacting to customer inquiries.

**This position reports to**:
Fleet Manager NAM

**Your responsibilities**:

- Point of Contact with leasing/service company.
- Analyze driver’s requirements/needs to select the adequate vehicle program.
- Responsible for the Vehicle Program Onboarding process and for the Customer Support of the Vehicle Program.
- Analyze information, evaluate accuracy, creates reports and provides feedback and solutions based on analyzed data.
- Proper communication with customers and providers.
- Responsible for SOPs creation/modification.
- Follow up on scheduled programs for Preventive Maintenance.
- Provides support for insurance and accidents.
- Monitors customers’ needs on regulatory procedures, transportation, disposal, fuel, and maintenance.
- Analyze and track reassignments, terminations, and vehicle transfers.
- Take preventive measure to ensure safety of vehicles and drivers.
- Maintain and monitor data management system to organize fleets as per various schedules and requests.
- Assist in Fleet Project Management.

**Your background**:

- 2 to 4 years of experience in customer service
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Finance or Business
- An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues
- Knowledge of principles and practices in customer service and in Microsoft Office
- Desirable knowledge of ERP
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
- Advanced English Level
