We are currently seeking a**Solution Engineer**to join our team in Monterrey, ideally in a hybrid work model (12 days in-office).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support sales executives (internal and external) in virtual and in-person meetings.
- Conduct functional demonstrations of our BI and visualization solutions.
- Clearly communicate the products value to prospects and clients, focusing on their needs.
- Set up product trials and tailor examples for pre-sales presentations.
- Continuously train in tools such as Tableau, MuleSoft, Data Cloud, and others.
- Participate in training sessions (virtual and in-person in Mexico City).
- Be available for travel as required.
- Learn and certify in key technological tools relevant to the role.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, IT, Business, or related fields.
- ** MANDATORY**:Previous experience as a pre-sales engineer, junior BI consultant, data analyst with a business focus, or similar role.
- Strong communication skills, confident in presentations, outgoing and empathetic personality.
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau is a major plus; Power BI, Qlik, Looker, etc.).
- Ability to connect business requirements with technological solutions.
- Interest in staying updated with data technologies and cloud platforms.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic, and results-driven environment.
- Advanced English (verbal and written communication).
