CSR/Dispatcher Responsabilidades: (NOCTURNO) - Mantener registro de las unidades y operadores, procesar las cuentas de los clientes, y archivar documentos de los viajes - Transmitir toda la información relevante a los clientes y operadores - Ingresar los datos del cliente, el sitio, y el trabajo en el software de despacho "Allways Track" - Controlar cash advance, diesel, y vigilar las unidades mediante GPS Habilidades: - Excelente habilidades administrativas y organizativas para realizar un seguimiento de los horarios, rutas, y operadores - Conocimiento de computadoras para la programación de viajes y otras tareas de CSR/Despacho - Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas con eventos diferentes, y a veces conflictivos, que ocurren al mismo tiempo - Capacidad para trabajar bajo estrés y mantener la calma y calmar a otras personas durante circunstancias que cambian rápidamente - Capacidad para transmitir información en un entorno de ritmo rápido Requerimientos: - Educación mínima - 2 años de experiência - Idiomas: Español, Inglés Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Sueldo: $16,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mes Tipo de jornada: - Nocturno Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto Fecha de inicio prevista: 07/11/2024
