Overview

**Title: HR Recruiter**

**Location: Guadalajara, Mexico**

**Duration: 3 Month C2H.**

**Reasonable market rate.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Sourcing and Screening support to all recruiters within the team
- Metrics and reports for the team, including review of backgrounds, background exceptions, compliance reports, etc.
- Support on Talent Acquisition projects: job fairs, interns, newsletters, power point presentations, etc.
- Data management in the company platforms. (Co-management of assigned reqs in WDR & SmashFly)

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, any other related to HR).
- English 90% - proficient.

Skills and experience required:

- Self-organized.

**Experience**:

- 5 years of experience on recruiting process.
- 3 years of experience as administrative assistance.
- Have worked for global companies.
- Proficient with office suite (word, excel, power point)
- Preferable excel advanced.
- Desirable Workday experience
- Experience with sourcing platforms and database (LinkedIn, Indeed etc.)
