Overview**Title: HR Recruiter****Location: Guadalajara, Mexico****Duration: 3 Month C2H.****Reasonable market rate.****Responsibilities**:- Sourcing and Screening support to all recruiters within the team- Metrics and reports for the team, including review of backgrounds, background exceptions, compliance reports, etc.- Support on Talent Acquisition projects: job fairs, interns, newsletters, power point presentations, etc.- Data management in the company platforms. (Co-management of assigned reqs in WDR & SmashFly)**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, any other related to HR).- English 90% - proficient.Skills and experience required:**Skills**:- Proactiveness.- Team player.- Attention to details.- Emotional intelligence.- Self-organized.**Experience**:- 5 years of experience on recruiting process.- 3 years of experience as administrative assistance.- Have worked for global companies.- Proficient with office suite (word, excel, power point)- Preferable excel advanced.- Desirable Workday experience- Experience with sourcing platforms and database (LinkedIn, Indeed etc.)
