As a **Logistic Deductions Analyst**, you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing deductions Logistics (e.g. Shortages & Vendor Compliance), Communicating to Logistic /Commercial CDT´s and Customer Alliance any missing support for deduction open items and clear credit notes vs proporter deduction. Also analyzing and solving customer payment, Collection, Credit Management and Deduction management exceptions.

**What You'll Do**:

- Review, investigate, and resolve customer deduction claims (e.g., shortages, vendor compliance issues), ensuring claims are valid and supporting accurate billing.
- Communicate regularly with customers and internal teams—including logistics, credit, collections, and supply chain—to resolve deduction issues and recover disputed funds.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure deduction process efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead the month-end close process for deductions by preparing performance reports, summaries, and meeting materials while ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding claims.
- Propose and implement process improvements in deduction handling, reverse logistics, and automation to streamline operations.
- Collaborate in cross-functional meetings and support customer requests, escalations, and dispute resolution, ensuring great customer experiences.
- Assess customer payment trends, review credit limits, analyze payment term change requests, and support collection efforts as needed.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in logistics, accounts receivable, credit management, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and drive results.
- Proactive mindset, continuously looking for process improvement and efficiency opportunities.

**What do you need to apply?**
- Finance, Economic, Logistics or Administrative Degree
- 1 to 3 years of Experience in Finance or Administrative Areas
- Minimum of 1 year at C2C processes (Desired)
- Microsoft package & ERP (Desired)
- Strong oral and written communication in English
